Supporting Individuals (16+) Navigating Anxiety, Grief, Burnout & Self-Doubt
A Safe Space for Self-Discovery & Empowerment
Hi I’m Anika!
Integrative therapist, writer, mum and travel enthusiast.
If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably tired of holding it all together on your own.
Maybe anxiety keeps your mind racing. Maybe grief still shows up in unexpected ways and you’re unsure of how to move forward with it. Maybe self-doubt keeps pulling you back when all you want is to move ahead.
This is a place where all of that is welcome ~ the messy, the complicated, the deeply human parts of you.
As a trauma-informed, Australian Counselling Association registered counsellor, I specialise in supporting people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or weighed down by loss. Together, we’ll untangle what’s been holding you back and uncover practical ways to feel grounded in your values, more confident, and free to live as you.
My approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, blending neuroscience, somatic practices, and psychological tools with genuine human connection. The work we do is about helping you build steadiness, self-trust, and freedom in your everyday life.
I see clients in person in Deniliquin, Australia, and online internationally (excluding Canada and the US).

Areas of Support Include

My Style & Special Interests
My style is rooted in empathy and inclusivity, creating a space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions.
I have a particular passion for working with:
✿ Individuals experiencing anxiety: Whether it's persistent worry, overthinking, or a nervous system that feels on high alert, I support clients in understanding their experience and learning ways to feel more grounded and steady.
✿ Those navigating grief and loss: Grief looks different for everyone. I offer a supportive space to help you adapt to life after loss, in a way that feels right for you.
✿ Anyone looking to improve their self-esteem: If you're struggling with self-doubt or feeling like you're not enough, we can work together to strengthen your sense of self-worth and explore what it means to feel more whole within yourself.
✿ People from underrepresented or marginalised communities: I offer a space where you can feel safe to show up fully—without shrinking parts of yourself. My approach is grounded in compassion and encourages self-trust, confidence, and connection to your values and identity.
✿ Clients with intercultural or mixed-identity backgrounds: With a multicultural background myself and experience navigating relationships and family life across cultures, I offer a supportive space to explore identity with clarity and self-acceptance. I support you in honouring all parts of who you are and building self-trust, confidence, and a sense of belonging within yourself.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
I’m here to support you in feeling empowered and connected to your true self. I believe in making support accessible and in normalising the very real challenges that come with being human.
Therapy that sees you, hears you, and meets you where you are on your journey.

The Feels Corner
A blog for real conversations about being human.
An honest space where we talk about the things that often go unspoken; anxiety, grief, self-doubt, boundaries, identity.
Not about perfection. Not about fixing yourself.
Just thoughtful reflections, tools, and reminders that emotional wellbeing isn’t about having it all together — it’s about meeting yourself with awareness and self-trust, especially in the messy moments.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I believe the connection between a therapist and client is at the heart of meaningful work, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
That’s why I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see if we’re the right fit before starting our sessions together.
