Hi I’m Anika!

Therapy is not about fixing you.

It’s about understanding the patterns shaping your life.

Many people reach out for therapy after spending years trying to make sense of things on their own.

Often they’ve pushed through anxiety, carried grief quietly, or noticed the same emotional and relational patterns appearing again and again despite their best efforts to move forward.

I’m an ACA-registered, trauma-informed counsellor whose work integrates neuroscience with evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness.

Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and clarity so you can move forward with greater emotional steadiness, deeper self-understanding, and trust in yourself.

Session fees are AUD $170 for a 60-minute session.

I offer a sliding scale option for clients who are unable to afford my regular fee structure.
