The Feels Corner
Welcome to The Feels Corner: A space where emotions are embraced, and no topic is off-limits. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, self-esteem, or learning to set healthier boundaries, this is a place to explore it all with curiosity and compassion.
I’m Anika. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the communication industry, but I was always drawn to deeper conversations—the kind that help us better understand ourselves and connect with others. My journey into therapy began in community mental health, supporting people from all walks of life. One thing I’ve come to know is this: while our experiences may be unique, the emotions we face—fear, self-doubt, hope, longing—are universal.
Now, I run Anika Bull Therapy in Deniliquin, Australia, where I support individuals facing anxiety, grief, and other life challenges. My work blends my background in communication with my mental health expertise, creating a space that’s both practical and deeply human.
In The Feels Corner, I share everything I’ve learned to help you feel empowered in your own experience. It’s not about striving for perfection—it’s about normalising mental health struggles, being real with yourself, and recognising that it’s okay to not have all the answers. Together, we can create space for emotions, not to avoid them but to honour them. Through each post, I’ll offer tools, insights, and guidance to support your wellbeing in ways that feel grounded and doable in everyday life.
So, settle in—let’s explore the feels, together.
